Privacy Policy
Version 2026-02-26. Effective date: February 26, 2026.
This policy describes how FireLookup collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Who We Are
Firelookup.com is operated by Clinton Fernandes, an individual (not a registered legal entity). You can contact us at support@firelookup.com.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect and process:
- Account data, such as email address and profile metadata you provide at signup.
- Authentication and session metadata needed to keep your account secure.
- Operational and billing data, including credit purchases and usage records.
- Support or feature-request messages you submit.
3. Spreadsheet Upload Handling
CSV/XLSX files uploaded for reconciliation are processed in-memory for active reconciliation operations. Reconciliation result payloads are not persisted in long-term database storage.
Run metadata is retained for a fixed 1-day policy, after which it is deleted automatically based on system cleanup behavior.
4. How We Use Information
We use data to provide and improve the service, including to:
- Create and secure accounts.
- Deliver reconciliation and billing features.
- Detect abuse and enforce rate limits and security checks.
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that breaches, credential compromise, and other security incidents may still occur despite safeguards.
6. Third-Party Processors
We rely on service providers to operate FireLookup, including:
- Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure.
- Dodo Payments and/or Stripe for payment processing where enabled.
- Hosting and operational tooling providers required to run the service.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may request account help, correction, or deletion assistance by contacting support@firelookup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and operational retention needs.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Updates are posted on this page with a revised version date. Continued use after the revised effective date means you accept the updated policy.
