1. Service Operator

Firelookup.com is operated by Clinton Fernandes, an individual, and not by a registered legal entity. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for protecting your login credentials. You must promptly notify us at support@firelookup.com if you suspect unauthorized access, account takeover, or password compromise.

4. Security Notice and Risk Allocation

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service or data storage system is fully secure. You acknowledge and accept that data incidents, including unauthorized access, data breach, credential compromise, or other cybersecurity events, may still occur despite safeguards.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload unlawful material, or violate applicable law.

6. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Paid credits and paid plans are digital services. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase by contacting support@firelookup.com. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, suitability, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireLookup and Clinton Fernandes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to FireLookup in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 if you made no payments during that period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FireLookup and Clinton Fernandes from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, unpaid balances, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised version date. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
